Pulse Beachfront is a complex of townhouses and semi-detached villas around an artificial lagoon with sandy beaches and waterfront. The delivery date of the complex is the IV quarter of 2024. This is part of a large development project located on the southern outskirts of Dubai near Al Maktoum International Airport. The new district of Dubai South will include residential communities, commercial centers, logistics and exhibition complexes.

Pulse Beachfront is located in the south of Dubai, close to Expo City Dubai Exhibition Center (10 minutes) and Al Maktoum International Airport (20 minutes). The Emirates Road and Expo Road highways can be accessed in a few minutes. Travel time by car to the respectable Dubai Marina district with its famous skyscrapers, waterfront and marina - 30 minutes, to the center of Dubai or the business district of Business Bay - about 35 minutes. Dubai South is developing as a logistic center of the country, connecting air, sea, road and rail routes. The Etihad Rail line will pass through here, Jebel Ali International Seaport is nearby, and Al Maktoum International Airport may become the largest in the world by 2050 with a capacity of up to 255 million passengers per year. An extension of the metro line from Expo 2020 to the airport is also possible.
Inside the complex it will be possible to visit swimming pools, gyms and stores. An aqua park and a skate park will be created for children. Cafes and restaurants will open on the boulevard. Bicycle and jogging paths and sports playgrounds will be arranged in common areas. The nearest international schools Choueifat and Greenfield are 20 minutes away by car, while Chubby Cheeks and Little cholar kindergartens are 25 minutes away. Expo City Dubai is a 10-minute drive away, while Tudomart Hypermarket is a 20-minute drive away.
Dubai South is the developer of a large-scale project in the southern part of Dubai, of which Pulse Beachfront is a part. The 145 km² area near Al Maktoum International Airport is divided into eight districts: residential, commercial, aviation, logistics, exhibition, humanitarian, airport zone and golf community. The construction is being carried out under the auspices of the Dubai Aviation City Corporation (DACC), the project is headed by Sheikh Ahmed bin Saeed Al Maktoum, CEO and President of the Emirates Group, which includes Emirates Airline.
