A few kilometers from the house are Sheikh Zayed Highway and Al Khail Road, which can be used to get to other parts of the emirate. By car to the marina Dubai Marina will take 20 minutes, to Dubai International Airport - 15 minutes, to Al Maktoum International Airport - 40 minutes. There are also several bus stops near the house.
