Karl Lagerfeld Villas is an elite residential complex created by Dubai developer Taraf in collaboration with fashion brand Karl Lagerfeld. The project is being realized in one of the largest mixed-use districts of Dubai - Mohammed bin Rashid City (MBR City). This is the third residential project under the Karl Lagerfeld brand for the fashion house in the world and the first in the Middle East. The complex includes 3-storey villas with an area of 721 m² with 5-7 bedrooms, terraces and swimming pools. The project is scheduled for completion in Q2 2027.

Villas at Karl Lagerfeld Villas can be purchased with turnkey finishes, branded furniture and appliances. Design elements and techniques typical of the Parisian style — Karl Lagerfeld's favorite trend — will be used in the design of the spaces. These are large windows, herringbone parquet, decorative marble inserts. The colors are predominantly white and black, which is what the designer often turned to when creating images.
