About the property
Alta is a luxury residential complex by Meteora Developers. It is being built in a family neighborhood in the center of New Dubai - in Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC), where foreign citizens can also own real estate. The JVC includes a children's playground, tennis court, swimming pool, outdoor cinema and fitness center. The project is scheduled for completion in the third quarter of 2026.

The height of Alta is 24 floors. According to the architects' idea, the curved elements will give the building the smooth features of a sea wave. The residential buildings are connected with each other by bridges. Shrubs and trees will be planted along the perimeter of the stylobate.

The location of Jumeirah Village Circle and the Alta Residential Complex itself allows for quick access to any point in the UAE capital. In the northwestern part of the district there is an exit to Al Hail Road, and in the south — Sheikh Mohammed-ibn-Zayed Road. Both highways allow you to comfortably get to Downtown by car: you will need to drive 20-23 km depending on the chosen route, travel time — within 35 minutes. It will take the same amount of time to reach the Business Bay.
The nearest metro station is Dubai Internet City (16 minutes by car), 11 km away from Alta. There is also a Tuscan Residences bus stop within 300 meters, a 3-minute walk away. Dubai and Al Maktoum International Airports are about 35-40 minutes away by car.
