The Torch is a residential tower located in the Dubai Marina, next to the artificial island of Palm Jumeirah, in the western part of the Dubai city. The development offers a prime location that is just 500 m away from the Persian Gulf.
Shops, restaurants, and other entertainment opportunities are available within walking distance along the Dubai Marina. The city’s other attractions are also within easy reach by public transport — Marina Towers tram stop is 300 m away, and the two nearest metro stations are DAMAC Properties (900 m) and Nakheel (1.2 km). If you need to jet off on a plane, Dubai International Airport and Al Maktoum Airport are reached within half an hour by car (22 and 29 km away, respectively).
