The Beach Collection is a new luxury villa complex on the Palm Jebel Ali island. All homes on the island are offered with finishes. Each of them will have panoramic windows overlooking the bay, private pool, terraces and a garage for 2 cars. The project is scheduled for completion by Q4 2027.

The complex consists of 120 villas. All of them are offered with design finishing. All villas have panoramic windows with sea views, private swimming pool, terrace with barbecue, garden and garage for 2 cars.

The villas will be decorated in light colors with natural motifs: patterns in the form of water drops on the walls and floors in the form of sand waves. Natural materials are used in the finishing: wood, marble, gold and brass. On the 3 floors of each villa are placed 5 or 6 bedrooms, terrace, dressing room, spacious living room, closed kitchen, rooms for servants and guests. The buildings will have elevators for convenience.
