The Arthouse is located on Saadiyat Island, 2 km from the Sheikh Khalifa Ibn Zayed Street exit. This is a major thoroughfare that connects the island with the mainland of Abu Dhabi and with Yas Island, where Ferrari World theme park, water park, numerous shopping and entertainment centers operate. The journey to Dubai will take about 60 minutes. Abu Dhabi International Airport is a 25-minute drive away.

The Arthouse justifies its name: there will be many opportunities for creative development, including an art studio and an art gallery. There are also all conditions for active leisure: a fitness center, a tennis court, a yoga and Pilates studio. A garden and a swimming pool will be set up on the roof of the complex. While children are in the playroom, parents can work in the co-working space or watch their favorite movie in the cinema.
