Sweden Beach Palace is accessible by helicopter, seaplane or boat. Access to the island by private boats is open only to residents of the complex. Every 15 minutes a boat from Dubai arrives to the islands of the Heart of Europe. They are connected by bridges, here you can move by club car, boat, abra (Arabian boat) or on foot, on the pier there is a marina for guest yachts. A 10-minute drive from Dubai Pier is the city center, 15 minutes from the Business Bay business district, and 25 minutes from Dubai International Airport.

Each mansion of Sweden Beach Palace has a swimming pool, gym, massage room, sauna, banquet hall. Hotels, cafes and restaurants are open on the neighboring islands of the Heart of Europe. Among them — the first seven-star Venice Hotel, five-star Tsar resort, five-star Portofino Hotel with hundreds of aquariums. Near the Côte d'Azur Monaco Hotel, a street is made where it rains all year long. Here the temperature of +27 °C, wind speed of 5 km/h and humidity of 60% are constantly maintained with the help of a climate control system. All hotels receive electricity from solar panels, use filtered water and environmentally friendly products.
