Seaside is located on one of the islands of Dubai Islands (formerly called Deira Islands). This is an artificial archipelago near the Deira district. The island is connected to the mainland of the emirate by roads departing from Abu Hail Road. In the future it is planned to build a larger automobile bridge. Now the center of Dubai can be reached from here in 23-27 minutes, to the business center of Business Bay - for 30 minutes. Dubai International Airport is 15 minutes away. Al Maktoum Airport is just under an hour by car.

Seaside will have swimming pools for adults and children, playgrounds, a gym and an open-air movie theater. Residents will be able to roast barbecue in a special zone or play mini-golf. Commercial premises will be opened on the first floor, and a parking lot with charging stations for electric cars will be located above them.

The nearest schools - Sabari Indian, Elite English, Little Flower, to them - 8-10 minutes by car. To the beach - 6 minutes drive, a little more - to the marina.
