Ramhan Island is a luxury residential complex being built in the northern part of Abu Dhabi on Ramhan Island. The project includes 1350 villas, a luxury hotel with 120 rooms, 120 serviced residences and 1000 apartments. There will be a marina and yacht club, a shopping arcade with luxury brands and fine dining restaurants. Ramhan Island features 312-791 m² villas with 3-7 bedrooms. Each of the houses will be equipped with a swimming pool, private beach and 2-3 parking spaces. The complex is scheduled for completion in the third quarter of 2026.
Architecture and designRamhan Island
Villas in Ramhan Island can be purchased with turnkey finishes, furniture and fixtures. All houses will be equipped with air conditioning and panoramic windows. The interior will use predominantly light colors — white and beige, as well as furniture with rounded corners. The cost of finishing is included in the price of the villa in Ramhan Island.

Location Ramhan Island
Ramhan Island is located on the island of the same name, 25 km from the center of Abu Dhabi. Residents can reach this emirate by Sheikh Khalifa-ibn-Zayed-Al Nahyan Highway (E12). It passes through the territory of the neighboring island of Jubail, 4 km from Ramhan Island. The same road takes 20 minutes to reach Abu Dhabi International Airport.

Ramhan Island residents will have access to parks, biking, jogging and walking paths, picnic areas, playgrounds, outdoor sports areas, and public beaches. Fitness centers, restaurants and bars, schools, kindergartens, mosques and a shopping arcade with boutiques will also open on the island. Within 5-15 km from the island are located:
- national mangrove reserve, which concentrates 75% of all mangrove forests in the UAE;
- the first branch of the Louvre outside France, is located on Saadiyat Island;
- Abu Dhabi Cruise Terminal and New Mina Port;

The Ramhan Island project is owned by Eagle Hills Investment and Development Company, headquartered in Abu Dhabi. The firm was founded in 2014. During its existence, it has grown significantly thanks to the construction of its facilities not only in the UAE, but also outside the country - in Bahrain, Ethiopia, Jordan, Morocco, Oman, Egypt, Albania and Serbia.
