Bloom Arjaan is located on Saadiyat Island, which is connected to the mainland by bridges and expressways. There are bus routes on the island. The Abu Dhabi International Airport is 30 minutes by car and Dubai Airport is twice as long.

Bloom Arjaan will have a swimming pool, a play area for children and a gym. Restaurants and stores will be opened, the territory of the complex will be under 24-hour security. Saadiyat Island has developed infrastructure. New York University of Abu Dhabi works here, to the nearest schools - 10-20 minutes drive. Fans of cultural leisure can go to museums, including the Louvre Abu Dhabi, the National Museum of Zayed, a branch of the Guggenheim Museum, which plans to open in 2026. Other attractions include beaches, a golf club, stores, cafes and restaurants. A 10-minute drive takes you to Yas Island, famous for its Formula 1 race track.
