SHUSH Ratchathewi is located on Phaya Thai Street, one of the main roads in Bangkok. Ratchathewi station of the BTS air subway is 5 minutes away on foot, Phaya Thai railway station of three lines: underground, elevated and high-speed to Suvarnabhumi International Airport is 7 minutes away.

A garden with alleys and recreation areas will be laid out around the building. The spacious lobby will be decorated with paintings by European artists. The building will have an outdoor amphitheater with reflective panels on the 3rd floor, a lounge for relaxing rest, a meeting room and a workspace with conference equipment on the 24th floor.
