Verdana IV is located in a residential neighborhood of Dubai Investment Park. Nearby are the main roads of the neighborhood: D57, D54, E77. In 5-10 minutes you can get by car to the main highways of the UAE: Emirates Road and Sheikh Mohammed ibn Zayed Road. In 20 minutes drive (20-25 km) are Al Maktoum International Airport and Dubai Marina area with its famous skyscrapers, promenade and marina. It takes 30 minutes by car to reach the center of Dubai, a distance of 35 km. There is a bus stop within a 3-minute walk.
