Vela Viento is a luxury residential complex in Dubai by developer Omniyat. The residential complex will offer apartments with 2, 3 or 4 bedrooms, as well as penthouses. From the upper floors will open views of the highest tower in the world Burj Khalifa. On the territory of the complex will be equipped with a swimming pool. Vela Viento is scheduled for completion in 2027.

Vela Viento is two towers with 92 furnished residences - apartments with 2-4 bedrooms and penthouses. The British bureau Foster + Partners, whose portfolio includes the headquarters of the US financial company JPMorgan Chase on Park Avenue, Kuwait International Airport, Zayed National Museum in Abu Dhabi, worked on the design of the residential complex. The interior decoration of the apartments was done by the French agency Gillies & Bossier (restaurants, hotels in Paris, yachts in Monaco).
