The design was developed by Foster + Partners, a British architectural firm founded in 1967. Business Bay metro station is not far from the housing estate. By car it will take 16 minutes to get to the popular tourist street Dubai Marina, and 10 minutes to the artificial archipelago Palm Jumeirah. DXB International Airport is a 9-minute drive away.
