Architecture and designVELA
VELA is a residential complex with panoramic windows. It offers views of the Khor Dubai Canal and the Burj Khalifa Tower. The apartments have spacious balconies or terraces. The design was developed by Foster + Partners, a British architectural firm founded in 1967. The company has twice won the Stirling Prize — for outstanding achievements in architecture — and once the Aga Khan Prize — the largest architectural award.
