Sustainable City Yas Island is an eco-friendly project in Abu Dhabi by developers Aldar Properties and Diamond Developers.Malta. It will feature turnkey condominiums and townhouses. The complex is located on Yas Island with developed infrastructure - there are shopping centers, schools and kindergartens, walking areas, cafes, restaurants, amusement parks. The completion date of the complex is the end of December 2025.
The Sustainable City Yas Island will feature 1-3 bedroom condominiums and 3-4 bedroom townhouses. Each home will feature bill-saving utilities such as solar panels, plumbing fixtures, and irrigation systems. There will be parking spaces for cars at each house. Finishing of premises will be performed in two colors - dark and light - from ecological, natural materials.
The Sustainable City Yas Island will be built on the artificial island of Yas Island. Next to the complex there is an exit to Sheikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Street (E 12). It will be possible to quickly get to any point of the emirate. For example, for 20 minutes by car - to Saadiyat Island or to the international airport of Abu Dhabi. In 30 minutes - to the mainland of the city.
Yas Island has everything for a comfortable life, recreation, study and work. Residential complexes have been built here since 2006, so now residents of the island can get to major shopping and business centers and amusement parks in 10-20 minutes by car. For example, to the water park Yas Waterworld, Ferrari World Abu Dhabi or Warner Bros World movie studio park. Sports infrastructure has been created on the island. Here opened the first golf course in the Middle East Yas links golf cource. In 5-10 minutes it will be possible to get to SABIS International School and Yas School.
Residents of The Sustainable City Yas Island will have access to their own school and kindergarten, playgrounds, swimming pools, landscaped park, healthy food farm, stores, coffee and restaurants. Between the houses will be a walking area with benches, a river and bridges, and bicycle lanes. There will also be a skate park, a gym, volleyball, soccer and basketball courts. The complex will have a center for people with autism spectrum disorder, whose specialists will work with children and adults. Electric buggies and charging stations for electric cars will be available to residents. The territory of the complex is car-free.
Aldar Properties has been building and managing homes in Abu Dhabi since 2000. In 2004, the developer went public on the Abu Dhabi Stock Exchange. The developer's portfolio includes the residential complexes Al Raha Beach, Al Jimi Shopping Center, Al Raha Gardens, and Yas Island.
