The Sterling is a residential twin tower in the center of Dubai. The main attractions of the city are within walking distance from the residential complex: the world's tallest tower Burj Khalifa, the largest shopping center Dubai Mall, singing fountains, Dubai Opera.

Near the complex it is easy to find grocery stores, pharmacies, medical centers, kindergartens and schools.

Architecture and design
The Sterling

The Sterling is made up of two identical high-rise towers, standing at 94 meters, with a stunning facade in a stylish chrome finish. Each tower houses a lavish double-ceiling lobby with designer ornaments and natural light, giving an impression of splendor immediately upon entry. There are 28 floors with three passenger elevators and one service elevator per tower.

Unit types include apartments, townhouses, lofts, and garden units. All of them feature marvelous three-meter ceilings and fully-automated “smart home” systems. Apartment choices are varied: there are studio-, one-, two-, three-, and four-bedroom apartments, as well as penthouses. All appliances at the Sterling are German-made Siemens and Italian-made Smeg; all sanitaryware is by Dubai’s own Bagnodesign. Marble flooring, quartz countertops, and bespoke walk-in closets make living at the Sterling equally sumptuous and modern in the most high-tech sense.
