About the property

The Sanctuary is a residential complex of luxury villas on the shores of the lagoon in Mohammed Bin Rashid City, a city within a city. The area features a family park created in collaboration with Universal Studios, one of the largest shopping centers in the world, Mall of the World, and many other commercial and social facilities. The Sanctuary

Ellington Properties’ first high-end villa community, The Sanctuary offers residents “a connection to nature unlike anywhere else.” Open living and dining areas are arranged around a central courtyard designed in the style of a Japanese Zen Garden with a tree in the middle that symbolizes serenity and simplicity. The villas are divided into three levels. The ground floor includes the kitchen, living areas, and ensuite guest rooms. The first floor hosts expansive ensuite bedrooms, and the second floor offers both private and semi-private spaces for miscellaneous use. Each villa has its own private garden with a linear pool featuring designer ceramic tiles that reflect the sky, along with a sunken seating area overlooking the lagoon and park. Additionally, each villa also has a BBQ area, a lounger lawn, and sundecks.
