The Quayside is a luxury development by Ellington Properties in Dubai's Business Bay. This is the area where global corporations such as Google, Ernst & Young and Deloitte have their offices. Business Bay is also home to the Dubai International Financial Center. The Quayside will be completed at the end of the first quarter of 2026.
The Quayside is a 19-storey building under construction with a stylish facade in warm light colors. The project offers studios and apartments with 1, 2, 3 and 5 bedrooms. Thanks to the floor-to-ceiling windows, the rooms will always have a lot of natural light. From the windows will open a picturesque view of the Dubai Canal and the city.
Apartments will be finished in white and beige shades with bright accents. To create spacious interiors full of air, kitchens will be combined with living rooms. The countertops, apron and kitchen island will be made of white marble, while the cabinets will be made of wood.

The Quayside is located near Sheikh Zayed Road and Dubai Al Ain Road for easy access to any part of Dubai as well as neighboring emirates. It takes 20 minutes by car to reach Dubai Airport. The world's largest shopping and entertainment center Dubai Mall can be reached in 10 minutes. The nearest metro station is a 5-minute drive from The Quayside.
