Palmiera is located near Sheikh Zayed Bin Hamdan Al Nahyan Street and Jebel Ali Hibab Road, which provide convenient access to other points of the emirate. The world's tallest tower, Burj Khalifa, and the largest shopping center, Dubai Mall, can be reached in 43 minutes by car. The Dubai Marina district, with its marina and promenade overlooking the skyscrapers, is a 20-minute drive away. Al Maktoum International Airport can be reached in 15 minutes and Dubai Airport (DXB) in 45 minutes.
Palmiera will have children's and sports grounds, a swimming pool, a SPA center and a park. In 11 minutes by car residents can reach the Royal Hospital, Jebel Ali School, Mango grocery hypermarket. The nearest kindergarten Cherry Tree is 16 minutes away. It will take the same amount of time to get to the famous Trump International Golf Club.
The developer of the project is Emaar Properties. It is a leading UAE company that has built the Burj Khalifa, Dubai Mall, the Opera House, many skyscrapers in Dubai Marina and created other prominent landmarks in the country. Emaar has twice made it into the Guinness Book of World Records: in 2017 for the largest OLED screen, and in 2021 for the world's tallest landscaped pool at Address Beach Resort.
