The Golf Residence is located two minutes away from Al Khail Road, which will take you to the center of Dubai, the business districts of Business Bay or the respectable Dubai Marina area with its marina and waterfront in 15 minutes. Dubai and Al Maktoum International Airports are about 30 minutes away.
The city's famous landmarks - the Burj Khalifa skyscraper, Burj Al Arab Hotel, Palm Jumeirah Island, Butterfly Garden and Miracle Garden - are within a 10-15 minute drive.

The Swiss company Fortimo was founded in 2000 by twin brothers Remo and Philipp Benz. The head office is located in the city of St. Gallen. The company's priority is the construction of residential and hotel real estate in German-speaking Switzerland. Fortimo owns properties and projects totaling approximately €1.6 billion. The developer started business in Dubai in 2015.
The first project in the UAE was the PRIVÀ Living income building in the Aryan neighborhood, built in 2019. The apartments are offered for short and long-term rentals. The second project is the Fortimo REVIER Hotel in Business Bay, opening in 2021. It won the award for Best de luxe design hotel in the Middle East at the World Luxury Hotel Awards 2022. The Golf Residence is the developer's third project and first development where the property is offered for ownership.
