The housing estate is being built in Motor City - an elite green neighborhood with low-rise buildings. The name of the district was given to the track where Formula 4 motor races are held. The Community is being built close to the F37 bus stop, on the border of the park and the karting track. Sheikh Zayed Road, the main and longest street of the emirate, is 5 minutes away by car. The DXB International Airport is about 30 minutes away and the free Marina Beach is about the same distance.

The Motor City is considered quiet and peaceful, designed for young families. Here, the infrastructure for sports and walking with pets is particularly well-developed. Nearby are several chain supermarkets and a shopping center, kindergartens and schools with the British system of education. In 30 minutes you can drive to the nearest universities β€” for example, the American University of the Emirates and Middlesex University.
