The Mohammed Bin Zayed Road passes next to Skyz, which is convenient for getting to the center of the emirate. The world's tallest tower Burj Khalifa and the largest shopping center Dubai Mall will take 26 minutes by car. The nearest beach, Kite Beach, is a 30-minute drive away.
