Sama Yas is a luxury residential complex surrounded by a park. It is located on man-made Yas Island — the largest entertainment center in Abu Dhabi with theme parks, hotels, Formula 1 racetrack, golf course, beach, marina and shopping mall. Sama Yas offers apartments with 1-3 bedrooms, duplexes, penthouses on the upper floors and townhouses with a private backyard. Completion date of the complex — III quarter of 2027.

The residential complex consists of three 9-storey buildings. The houses have stepped facades with terraces and panoramic windows that will offer views of the park. In Sama Yas will be 231 apartments: apartments with 1, 2 and 3 bedrooms, duplexes, penthouses, townhouses with a private courtyard. There are layouts with a separate room for staff.

The complex will have a lot of green spaces, its main concept is park living, or «life in the park». Special attention is paid to nature-saving technologies: water saving through control and monitoring systems, household appliances and appliances with low water consumption, energy-efficient ventilation and air conditioning systems, smart waste and garbage collection systems, the use of recycled wood and environmentally friendly building materials. In all Sama Yas apartments, finishing is included in the price. Each kitchen has been designed by Chef Izu Ani.
