Prive Residence is located 20 minutes drive from the center of Dubai and Dubai Marina area with its famous skyscrapers and marina. Al Khail Road is 700 meters from the house, providing easy access to any part of the emirate. In 15 minutes you can drive to the beaches or Mall of the Emirates, where there is a metro station. Dubai and Al Maktoum International Airports are 20-30 minutes away.
