The Plaza is located in Masdar City, the world's first zero-carbon city. Alternative energy sources are used here to reduce the human impact on the environment. The neighborhood has many parks, pedestrian and bicycle paths to encourage people to walk more or take non-polluting transportation.

The complex is located 200m from the MASDAR Eco Residences bus stop, from which bus number K3 runs to neighboring areas of the city. The journey to Abu Dhabi and Al Bateen airports will take 15 and 31 minutes.
