Palace Residences North is a new residential skyscraper project in Dubai Creek Harbour area. There are premium apartments with 1-3 bedrooms or townhouses. The house will have a 24-hour concierge service. Construction of the project began in 2023 and will be completed by the second quarter of 2027.
Palace Residences North offers 1 to 3 bedroom apartments or three bedroom townhouses. The living area of each lot - from 59 to 179 m². All rooms will be renovated according to the design project and installed furniture and sanitary ware. It is planned to use natural materials in the interiors. Each residence includes a spacious kitchen and living room, at least one balcony, laundry room, built-in closets and an additional bathroom in the master bedroom. The 3-bedroom apartments and townhouses have a dedicated maid's room with private bath. The townhouses also have elevators and can be used directly from the waterfront.

The residential complex is being built in Dubai Creek Harbour, a new coastal neighborhood near the city center, on the shore of Khor Dubai Bay. It takes 20 minutes by car to Jumeirah Beach, 15 minutes to Downtown Dubai, where the world's tallest tower Burj Khalifa and the largest shopping center Dubai Mall are located. It takes about the same amount of time to get to Dubai International Airport, which is convenient for frequent flyers. The largest highways nearby are Ras Al Khor Road and Nad Al Hamar Road. They provide easy access to any point in the emirate.
A 10-minute drive to the coast is the water cab stop for the Khor Dubai Bay. If necessary a metro line, it runs along the other side of the bay: it's a 15-minute drive to Creek Metro Station (green line) and the same amount to Airport Terminal 3 (red line).
Residents of apartments and townhouses will be offered 24-hour concierge services. Also on the territory will open a swimming pool, restaurants, gym, spa center, children's playground and conference hall. The area itself is characterized by good infrastructure: there are many supermarkets and shopping centers, there is a promenade, parks and lots of greenery, a yacht club and a harbor.
