One Crescent is a residential complex in Dubai, which is located on the popular artificial island Palm Jumeirah. It is an archipelago in the form of a date palm. The main trunk has 17 branches that stretch to the east and west. When creating Palm Jumeirah, the developers consulted with the American architectural firm Helman Hurley Charvat Peacock, known for its collaboration with Sea World, Disney and Universal Studios. One Crescent is scheduled for completion in 2025.
