One B Tower is an elite 47-storey residential complex in the center of Dubai, in the business district of Business Bay. The Sheikh Zayed Road, the UAE's main road, passes nearby. One B Tower is a 47-story tower from the renowned Dutch architectural firm UN Studio. This studio has created more than 140 projects around the world, including a resort on Gyeongdo Island in Korea, Wasl Tower in Dubai, Green Cape Spa Resort in Georgia and Mandarin Oriental Residences in Istanbul. The skyscraper with panoramic windows, high podium and original decoration of facades will become a bright dominant of the Business Bay district. The One B Tower complex offers 1-4 bedroom apartments, duplexes and penthouses ranging in size from 63 to 443 m².

One B Tower is located at the intersection of Sheikh Zayed Road and Al-Hadiqa Road. The central Downtown area and Dubai's famous sights: Burj Khalifa skyscraper, Dubai Mall, Burj Park are 5-7 minutes away by car. A car ride to Dubai International Airport will take 10 minutes, to Al Maktoum - 40 minutes (50 km). There is a bus stop near the complex, and Business Bay Metro Station is 3 km away.
The first floor of the tower will have a spacious lobby with a waiting area, a café, a store and a room with a checkroom and mailboxes. The courtyard near the entrance will have seating areas with pergolas and awnings.
The second floor will be occupied by public spaces: gym, yoga room, game room, living room, men's and women's saunas. Outdoors, there will be adult and children's swimming pools, a garden, places for rest and training. On the 23rd floor there will be a movie theater, library, co-working, cigar room, rooms with billiards and table tennis. Six elevators will be installed in the building.
In 5-10 minutes by car there are international schools JSS, Dubai and Global Indian, kindergartens Jumeirah International and Great Minds, supermarkets Carrefour and LuLu Express. In 7-8 minutes by car to Jumeirah Beach, Emirates Jumeirah Hospital and one of the world's largest shopping centers - Dubai Mall.
