Ocean Point is located in the Rashid Yotes & Marina neighborhood, formerly known as Rashid Marina. From here it is 20 minutes by car to Dubai International Airport, to Al Maktoum Airport - twice as long. Downtown, Business Bay, and Deira are about 20 minutes away.

A swimming pool, playground, fitness center and children's playground are designed for the residents of Ocean Point. Residents can also relax in the park on the territory of the complex or invite neighbors for a barbecue — there is a special zone for this purpose. A marina is located next to the project.

The neighborhood of Rashid-Yots & Marina is being actively built up. There is already a wide promenade, there are stores and restaurants, playgrounds and sports grounds, parks. One of the attractions of the area is the Queen Elizabeth 2 floating hotel and the Shindahga Museum with a rich collection of paintings, photographs and other exhibits dedicated to the UAE culture.
