Murooj Al Furjan is located next to the Jebel Ali-Al Hibab highway, which provides access to the center of the emirate. It will take 30 minutes by car to reach the world's tallest tower Burj Khalifa and the largest shopping center Dubai Mall, and the same time to DXB International Airport. Marina Beach with panoramic views of skyscrapers is a 17-minute drive away. Al Furjan and Discovery Gardens Metro Stations are within easy walking distance.

Murooj Al Furjan is still under construction. Completion of the residential complex is scheduled for 2024. The complex will have a swimming pool, children's and sports grounds, a barbecue area, a park on the territory. Near the house are open:
