Muraba Residences is a premium coastal residential complex on Palm Jumeirah. It is an artificial archipelago shaped like a palm leaf and has become one of Dubai's business cards. The complex overlooks the bay, the famous Burj-al-Arab Hotel, the world's tallest tower, the Burj Khalifa, and other skyscrapers in the "main" part of the emirate.
Muraba Residences is a 10-story building featuring 2 and 3-bedroom apartments as well as 4 and 5-bedroom penthouses. The residential complex was designed by architectural consultants Rice Perry Ellis and RCR Arquitectes. The latter are the winners of many awards, including the Pritzker Prize, an analog of the Nobel Prize in architecture. The design of the complex is laconic, the interiors of apartments and lobby are made in light colors. Due to the unified style solution each room flows smoothly into the other. Panoramic frameless windows and Swiss-made glass doors enhance the feeling of a coherent space. The apartments are equipped with kitchen sets from Italy and Spanish sanitary ware. High-quality materials and handmade elements are used in the finishing, and the interior successfully combines solutions from stone, wood and glass.

The complex is located on the bay, at the eastern end of The Palm Crescent, the famous crescent island. Nearby is East Crescent Street, which provides access to any part of Palm Jumeirah. In 5 minutes drive - a popular complex Atlantis The Palm with a water park, diving center, dolphinarium and a giant aquarium, which has about 65 thousand sea creatures. Palm Jumeirah is connected to the mainland by an automobile bridge and monorail railroad. From Muraba Residences to the popular tourist area of Dubai Marina can be reached by car in 30 minutes, to Downtown with the Burj Khalifa and the largest shopping center Dubai Mall - for 40 minutes. As for schools - there are no schools on Palm Jumeirah, you need to go to the "mainland". It will take about 30 minutes to get to the nearest schools. The developer is Muraba Properties, founded in 2014. Muraba Residences is the developer's only project so far. The head of Muraba Properties is Ibrahim Al Ghurair, former manager of Al Ghurair Properties.
