Lum1nar residential complex is located in the north of Dubai, in the Jumeirah Village Triangle (JVT) area. This is a freehold zone, in which foreigners can have unconditional ownership of real estate. The neighborhood is considered family-friendly, with many lakes, as well as pedestrian and bicycle paths.

Near the project are convenient exits to Sheikh Mohammed ibn Zayed Road (E311) and Al Khail Road (E44), which is easy to get to the central part of the emirate. The coastal areas of Palm Jumeirah and Palm Jebel Ali are 20-35 minutes away. The road to the center of Dubai will take about 30 minutes by car. The same amount of time is required to reach the airport.

Lum1nar residents will have children's and adult swimming pools, a playroom and a playground, a gym, a lobby with seating areas with soft furnishings and a reception desk for everyday needs. There will also be spaces for yoga classes, a sauna, a clubhouse (neighborhood center), barbecue areas and a restaurant with outdoor dining. There are open 10-25 minutes drive from the project:
