Fairway villas 2 is being built next to Emirates Road, the city's key thoroughfare. By car to the world's tallest tower Burj Khalifa and the largest shopping center Dubai Mall will take 40 minutes. The skyscraper-lined Dubai Marina is a 30-minute drive away. Jebel Ali Beach can be reached in 20 minutes.

Fairway villas 2 is still under construction. The complex is scheduled for completion in 2026. There will be a fitness center, swimming pool, children's and sports grounds, a park. Near the house are open:
