ELITZ 2 by Danube is located close to Al Khail Road and Sheikh Mohammed ibn Zayed Road, allowing quick access to other parts of the Emirate. By car, it takes 25 minutes to Dubai and Al Maktoum International Airports, 20 minutes to the city center and Business Bay, 15 minutes to the beaches, marina and promenade of Dubai Marina. A bus stop is a five-minute walk away. Bus J01 runs throughout the area and to the Mall of the Emirates, a major shopping center.

ELITZ 2 by Danube is scheduled for completion in 2026. For sports, the complex will have swimming pools, gyms, climbing walls, a water gym, equipment for board games and chess. For recreation - an outdoor movie theater, relax zones, barbecue places, cigar salon, library. Outdoor areas will be equipped with yoga podiums, jogging tracks, badminton court, cricket and mini-golf fields.
