Claydon House is located in Bukadra, a small developing area which is located south of Dubai Creek Bay, next to the Ras Al Khor industrial zone. The complex is being built close to Ras Al Khor Road (E44), Dubai Al Ain Road (E66) and Sheikh Mohammed ibn Zayed Road (E311). It takes 15 minutes by car to reach the city center. It will take the same amount of time to reach Dubai International Airport. The nearest public transportation stop to Claydon House is Dubai Polo Club. It will take 9 minutes to reach it on foot.

There will be 3 swimming pools: children's, adult and infinity (a pool where the water overflows over one or more edges), lounge areas and showers by the water, a barbecue area, a sports and playground. On the first floor will open a Lego-themed children's room, a fitness studio with panoramic views of the garden and pool, a yoga studio, and a sauna. On the second, a vintage-style game room, movie theater, karaoke room, co-working space, and lounge area. Claydon House will offer a concierge service.

In 5-10 minutes drive from the LCD are located flamingo reserve Ras-al-Khor, private schools Hartland International School, NLCS and Swiss International Scientific School, Sconci Art Gallery, shopping center Dubai Mall.
