Casa Canal is adjacent to the Sheikh Zayed Highway, which provides access to any part of the city. It will take 10 minutes by car to reach the world's tallest tower Burj Khalifa and the largest shopping center Dubai Mall. In 15-20 minutes you can reach the tourist street Dubai Marina with a view of skyscrapers and the DXB International Airport.

Casa Canal is scheduled for completion in 2025. The residential complex will have a swimming pool, fitness center and spa. Residents will be able to contact a concierge for everyday matters. Storage rooms will appear in the house for storing bulky things. Near the complex there are:
