Burj Binghatti is being developed by Binghatti Developers in partnership with luxury jewelry and watch company Jacob & Co. The design of the building is inspired by the horological movements of Jacob & Co timepieces, and the finely cut gems they use in their design. The diamond-shaped spires at the top of the tower are reminiscent of an actual crown, and are intended to be visible from other areas of the emirate.
The units for sale include 2-bedroom apartments in The Sapphire Suite Collection, 3-bedroom apartments in The Emerald Suite Collection, and penthouses in Fleurs De Jardin, Astronomia, and Billionaire styles. The building will feature luxurious finishes and customized living spaces designed for the elite.
