The E20 highway passes on the border with Bloom Living. Abu Dhabi International Airport is a 10-minute drive or 25-minute walk away. In 20 minutes by car to the city center and Yas Island with its famous theme and water parks, beaches and the largest in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi Yas Mall.

A community center will open in the Casares complex, where residents will hold events and celebrations. In Bloom Living 2 international schools, a sports center and a medical clinic will be built.
