Beverly Gardens is located at the intersection of Al Asayel Street and Ibn Battuta Street in the Discovery Gardens community. These roads provide access to the city's main highways Al Khail Road and Sheikh Zayed Highway, and provide access to different areas of the emirate and neighboring cities. The nearest bus stop, Discovery Garden 13, is located 200 meters from the complex. Discovery Gardens and The Gardens metro stations are 430 meters and 1.5 km away. Dubai and Al Maktoum International Airports can be reached in 35-50 minutes by car without traffic jams.

When Beverly Gardens is built, residents will have access to a swimming pool, an outdoor lounge, a gym, a rooftop cinema, and a barbecue area.
