The Bay Villas is still under construction. Residents will have access to children's and sports grounds, several swimming pools with sun beds and umbrellas, a barbecue area, a fitness center, a private beach and a 1.3 km promenade along the bay. The streets between the houses will be landscaped, and pedestrian sidewalks and bicycle paths will be laid.

The Bay Villas is located on the outskirts of Palm Deira. The island has many parks, supermarkets, cafes and Keswa shopping center. Palm Deira's beaches have been awarded a Blue Flag award: they meet the 33 requirements of the Foundation for Environmental Education. This means that the water and coastline here are clean, there are cafes, toilets, lifeguard service, facilities for people with limited mobility, clear navigation, there are no major industries and highways nearby. The main entertainment, medical and educational institutions are located on the mainland of the emirate in 15-30 minutes by car.
