Location Ayala

Ayala is located 2 km from the intersection of Al Qudra Street and Emirates Road. From there, car owners can build direct routes to neighboring areas, suburbs and downtown Dubai. The Burj Khalifa Tower is 32 km away, Expo City Dubai Exhibition Center is 27 km away and Al Maktoum International Airport is 38 km away. There is a public transport stop within a 5-minute walk, offering direct connections to the City Centre Me'aisem shopping mall, for example.

A walking park with pedestrian and bicycle paths will appear on the territory of the Ayala. An outdoor playground will be built for children and an outdoor gym and sports areas for adults. Residents will be able to use the swimming pool.
