Asayel Residential Complex is being built next to Jumeirah, Sheikh Zayed, Umm Suqeim and Al Wasl highways, which provide convenient access to any point of the emirate. The world's tallest tower Burj Khalifa and the largest shopping center Dubai Mall are 20 minutes away by car. Mall of the Emirates shopping center with a ski resort inside is 16 minutes away, Marina Street overlooking the skyscrapers is 19 minutes away. DXB International Airport is 22 minutes by car.

Asayel is scheduled for completion in summer 2023. The complex will have a swimming pool, a fitness center, children's and sports grounds, a park and a barbecue area. The inner courtyard will be closed from outsiders, 24-hour security is provided throughout the territory. In 10-15 minutes drive are open:
