The complex is being built next to the main highway of the emirate - Sheikh Mohammed ibn Zayed Road. By car it will take 25 minutes to reach the world's tallest tower Burj Khalifa and the largest shopping center Dubai Mall. In 30 minutes you can reach the tourist street Dubai Marina overlooking the skyscrapers or Jumeirah Beach. DXB International Airport is a 20-minute drive away.
