The Point is a residential complex located near the coast in Dubai’s city center, on the Dubai Marina Canal. It is approximately 600 m away from Sheikh Zayed Road, one of Dubai’s major road running parallel to the coast, which means residents at The Point can easily access the rest of city by car.
Dubai International Airport is 31 km or roughly half an hour’s drive away, and Dubai’s most iconic hotel — the Burj Al Arab — is reached within less than 15 minutes by car. The Point is very close to the Dubai Marina, one of Dubai’s main attractions, and it will take you only around 20 minutes by car to reach two other key hubs — Dubai Business Bay and Dubai Downtown.
A well-developed public transport infrastructure is available nearby. Just a couple of minutes’ walk from The Point, you’ll find bus and tram stops, which connect you to the many exciting places the city has to offer. The nearest metro station is also only 10 minutes on foot.
