A ground transportation stop is a 10-minute walk from the complex. Emirates Road, Al Khail Road and Sheikh Zayed Highway are all close to the tower. These highways provide quick access by car to various points of the city:

• in 30 minutes to the bay and Burj Khalifa Tower, Dubai Marina promenade, Dubai Mall, Opera House;
• 35-40 minutes to Dubai and Al Maktoum International Airports.

The Ra1n is still under construction. Once the tower is completed, residents will be able to use an outdoor swimming pool, fitness center, children's and sports grounds. The territory will be equipped with recreation areas with armchairs and canopies from rain and sun. In the lobby of the tower there will be a waiting area for visitors and a space for residents to relax - with soft sofas, tables and table hockey. Residents of the building will be able to contact the concierge service for everyday matters.

In 15-20 minutes by car there are:

• Fathima Saed Yousuf Mosque;
• City center me'Aisem, Circle Mall, VIVA Supermarket;
