Mr. C Residences Jumeirah is a luxury canal-side residential development for just 27 families. The project is being realized together with the design bureau Cipriani. Mr. C Residences presents apartments, villas and penthouses with five bedrooms. The complex is planned to be completed in the first half of 2024. According to the developer's information, foreign citizens can obtain a UAE resident visa for 10 years when buying real estate here.

Several renowned bureaus from all over the world worked on the project. Ignazio and Maggio Cipriani, owners of the Cipriani design bureau, were responsible for the architecture, while the interior design was done by specialists from the Meyer Davis studio in New York. The snow-white facade of the building resembles sea waves and curves of sand dunes, and the apartments inside resemble the interiors of a yacht. According to the developer, each of the 27 apartments has its own swimming pool and is fully equipped with Italian furniture. The panoramic windows offer views of Dubai Canal, Downtown skyscrapers and Jumeirah neighborhood.

The project also features three 2-story penthouses with five bedrooms and access to a private terrace. Each of these residences has two kitchens, living room, dining room and office, library and gym, as well as a staff room with private bath.
