Damac Hills 2 - Violet is located near the circular road of the neighborhood. From the complex you can quickly exit to several highways: Jebel Ali Lehbab Road, Al Qudra Road, Al Ain Dubai Road. To Downtown or Dubai and Al Maktoum International Airports - 30 minutes by car, or 40-45 kilometers. There is a 5 minute walk to the DA2 bus stop, which runs through Damac Hills 2 and to Dubai Studio City, a major center for film and television production.

The recreational areas of Damac Hills 2 are divided into three parts. The water town features a wave pool with Malibu beach, a water park, a lake and a man-made river. The sports town has fitness areas, tennis courts, jogging trails and courts for soccer, volleyball and basketball. The downtown area, designed for relaxation, features a zen garden, barbecue area, children's playgrounds and an open-air movie theater.

The community has a shopping center, a Carrefour hypermarket, several cafes and restaurants, and a Cherry Tree daycare center. In 20 minutes ( 25 km from the LCD) you can get by car to Fairgreen International School, in 30 minutes ( 36 km) - to the private hospital King's College London.
