Rams Garden will appear in Bahcelievler, a district with already formed social infrastructure. The plot on which the complex is being built is of historical value. There is a restored fountain, which is more than 500 years old. It was created by order of Osman II - Sultan of the Ottoman Empire. There are also 600-year-old trees preserved on the territory.

The Mehmet Akif metro station is a 5-10 minute walk from the complex, the Merter Alışveriş Merkezi high-speed streetcar station is 14 minutes away. The toll highway O-7 is 13 km away from the complex. It takes 41 minutes to reach Istanbul International Airport and 54 minutes to reach Sabiha Gokcen Airport. The road to the city center by car will take 25 minutes.

An artificial lake of 210 m², a botanical garden with dozens of plant species, yoga and sports facilities will appear on the territory of the residential complex.
