Ataşehir Modern is still under construction. The internal infrastructure of the complex will include: swimming pool, children's, sports, basketball courts, ping-pong tables, fitness center with Pilates room, landscaped courtyard with a garden and places for recreation. There will be a security point on the territory of the project. There will be an underground parking lot for 1514 parking spaces. On the first floors of the houses there will be a lobby and a waiting area with upholstered furniture. In 5-10 minutes by car you can reach shopping centers, cafes, schools and clinics:
